However, if you’re not happy with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. To initiate a return:

- Our team will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original condition, including any tags or packaging.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective product).
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process and then place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for print-on-demand products due to the custom nature of these items.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

6. Cancellations
